On May 12, 2025, the Vietnam Medical Association issued Decision No. 175/QD-THYH approving the revised Regulation of the Center for Support & Continuing Education (CSCE).

The new Regulation is developed based on current legal foundations, inheriting and supplementing contents to perfect the organization and enhance the operational efficiency of the Center in the fields of continuing education, scientific research, and international cooperation in health sciences/medicine.

According to the revised Regulation, CSCE continues to affirm its role as a unit under the Vietnam Medical Association, possessing independent legal status, operating under the principles of autonomy, flexibility, and professionalism to support medical staff in updating knowledge, enhancing professional capacity, and standardizing continuing education.

The approval of the revised Regulation by the Vietnam Medical Association is an important consolidation step, creating a solid legal framework for CSCE to expand its scope of operations, strengthen domestic and international cooperation, and contribute positively to the training of high-quality medical human resources.
